Abstract
Background: Early mobilization after uncemented THA is widely adopted, but concerns about femoral stem subsidence persist. Material and Methods: Prospective observational study of 25 patients with immediate weight bearing. Results: 88% showed no subsidence; minimal non-significant subsidence observed in 12%. HHS improved significantly. Conclusion: Immediate weight bearing is safe in early follow-up.
